Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown
Add fresh spinach leaves to the skillet, cook until wilted.
Pour in vegetable broth and cooking cream or milk, simmer for a few minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together.
