Instructions

Cook Roza spaghetti, drain, and set aside.

Brown chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil, then remove and set aside.

Sauté onion and garlic in remaining oil until translucent.

Add peeled tomatoes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, tomato paste, and broth.

Simmer for 15-20 mins on low heat, season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken and cooked spaghetti to the sauce.

Toss together and serve with Parmesan cheeses or basil garnish.
